•Metallic blue star foil balloons (2 pcs)
•Large silver foil number balloon ("1") mounted on a balloon base pillar
•Setup & dismantling

Not Included:

•Birthday cake, cake table, cake stands, and catering items
•Personal gifts, return gifts, and party favors
•Additional venue furniture or extra lighting

Terms & Conditions:

•Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space.
•Balloon colors, metallic shade intensity, and character foil prints may vary slightly based on stock availability.
•Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
•Any additional foil numbers or custom name signs will be charged separately.
•Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for the neon sign.
•Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
•Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
