We Provide:

• Arch backdrop board setup (yellow arch board with blue gear emblem, and hazard stripe arch with printed excavator graphics
• Printed "Happy Birthday" text on backdrop
• Illuminated LED "2" marquee light sign
• Large excavator vehicle cutout standee and gear wheel props
• Organic balloon arch and garland running around backdrop frames (bright yellow, pastel yellow, orange, and blackballoons)
• Setup & dismantling

Not Included:

• Birthday cake, cake table, cake stands, and catering items
• Personal gifts, return gifts, and party favors
• Additional venue lighting or sound equipment

Terms & Conditions:

• Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space.
• Balloon colors, shade intensity, and cutout placement may vary slightly based on stock availability.
• Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
• Any additional marquee numbers, custom name letters, or extra props will be charged separately.
• Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for marquee lighting.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
