•Prasad/offerings
•Venue furniture other than items specifically mentioned
•Any additional flowers, props or lights not mentioned in the package
•Transportation charges, if applicable outside the service area
•Any customization requested beyond the selected design
Terms & Conditions:
•The setup will be arranged according to the selected design and available venue space.
•Flower type, foliage and minor decorative elements may vary depending on availability while maintaining the overall look.
•Fresh flowers, if included, are subject to seasonal availability.
•The actual setup may have slight variations from the reference image due to venue dimensions and material availability.
•A suitable area and clear access must be provided before the scheduled setup time.
•If the setup includes hanging décor, suitable ceiling/wall support must be available at the venue.
•Electrical points should be available if lighting is included.
•Outdoor setups should be informed in advance, as weather conditions may affect flowers, greenery and lighting.
•Rental décor materials remain the property of ENZOEY and will be collected after the agreed event duration.
•Any damage or loss of rental materials may attract additional charges.
•Additional décor, flowers, lights, props or customization requested after booking will be charged separately.
•Setup and dismantling time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the decoration.
•Final placement of décor may be adjusted for safety and venue requirements.
