• Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space.
• Flower types, foliage shade, and exact balloon counts may vary slightly based on stock availability.
• Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
• Any additional décor elements, extra floral arrangements, or custom name signage will be charged separately.
• Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for the fairy lights and neon sign.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
