Customer should provide the correct name and age/number for personalised elements.
Additional customisation will be chargeable.
Setup area must be cleared and accessible before the decorator arrives.
Any damage to venue property caused by pre-existing unsuitable surfaces may not be the responsibility of ENZOEY.
Setup and removal timings will be discussed before the event.
Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
Cancellation/rescheduling charges may apply.
