• Customer should provide the correct name and age/number for personalised elements.
• Additional customisation will be chargeable.
• Setup area must be cleared and accessible before the decorator arrives.
• Any damage to venue property caused by pre-existing unsuitable surfaces may not be the responsibility of ENZOEY.
• Setup and removal timings will be discussed before the event.
• Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Cancellation/rescheduling charges may apply.
