Not Included:

• Stage carpet/flooring rental unless specified in advance
• Birthday cake, cake stands, and catering items
• Personal gifts, return gifts, and party favors
• Additional venue lighting or sound systems

Terms & Conditions:

• Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space and stage dimensions.
• Character cutouts, balloon colors, and arrangement density may vary slightly based on stock availability.
• Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
• Any additional LED numbers, custom name letters, or extra stage props will be charged separately.
• Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for lights.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
