• Additional props or themed cut-outs
• Photography/videography
• Extra balloons or décor requested beyond the package
• Transportation charges, if applicable outside the standard service area

Terms & Conditions:
• Decoration will be arranged according to the available space and venue conditions.
• Balloon colors can be selected subject to availability.
• Minor differences from the reference image may occur due to balloon sizes, shades and arrangement.
• Customized names, numbers, themes or additional props may attract extra charges.
• Booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed with the customer.
• Customer must provide clear access to the decoration area before the scheduled setup time.
• Any damage to venue property caused by customer/guests after setup will not be the responsibility of ENZOEY.
• Outdoor setups may require additional charges depending on weather and setup requirements.
• Cancellation/rescheduling will be subject to ENZOEY's applicable booking policy.
