• Decoration will be adjusted according to the available venue space.
• Balloon colors, shade intensity, and arrangement density may vary slightly based on stock availability.
• Minor variations from the reference image may occur during live setup.
• Any additional décor elements, extra cutouts, or custom name toppers will be charged separately.
• Customer must provide a flat, suitable setup area and continuous electricity access for the neon light sign.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Setup and dismantling timings will be mutually confirmed prior to the event date.
