How to Make GIANT Balloon Garlands Just Like the Pros At first glance, it seems simple enough to make a giant, lush balloon garland after all, that s what all the pictures show, right? But once you hang yours up, you realize the pics are rather over inflated . And so we run around trying to find matching colors to bulk it out.

But usually we have to buy the same set twice, or just hang a sparse garland for our baby boy carnival party, circus birthday, Paw Patrol Party, or Wonder Woman birthday party supplies. The secret is that these pics have MORE balloons than actually supplied. Or they just stole it off the internet from someone else! So, we set about making a lush ballon garland that was easier to achieve!

Note :

• Please ensure that someone is present in the room while the decoration is being done. Please take care of your valuables.
• Message Card cannot be selected for this product and will not be delivered along with the product.
• Time Required for Decoration - 2Hrs approx.
• The ballons will be filled with normal air and not helium or any other gas that could be harmful.
• Table decoration is not included. - Handle the balloon with care.
• Though we use best quality tapes to stick balloons but we suggest removing the balloons within 24 hours after the decoration otherwise there is possibility of damages in walls and ceiling.
• Decorator will not wait for more than 30 minutes
• All Kinds of Rings and Backdrop stands are rented and will be collected after 24Hrs.
• You'll need to provide a stool to reach the ceiling.

Care Instructions :

• Keep the Balloons away from Children, as uninflated or broken balloons can cause choking.
• The balloons will be hung using cello tape as we dont use helium due to its asphyxiation properties.
• Remove the cello tape immediately after the event is over. In case if the cello tape is causing damage to the wall, use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the tape as it will prevent the damage
• Keep balloons away from sharp corners and heat.

Cancellation Policy :

• If a cancellation happens 24 hours before the time of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs between 24 and 6 hours before the time of delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before delivery, no refund will be issued(ADD)
