•The setup will be arranged according to the selected design and available venue space.
•Flower varieties, foliage, sizes and minor decorative elements may vary depending on availability.
•The final setup may have slight variations from the reference image while maintaining the overall theme and appearance.
•Fresh flowers, wherever applicable, are subject to seasonal availability.
•The backdrop size will depend on the actual dimensions of the venue.
•Customer must provide clear access to the decoration area before the scheduled setup time.
•Suitable support must be available for hanging/cascading décor.
•Any additional flowers, props, lights or customization requested will be charged separately.
•Rental décor materials remain the property of ENZOEY and will be collected after the agreed decoration period.
•Any damage or loss of rental décor materials may attract additional charges.
•Outdoor setups should be informed in advance as weather conditions may affect flowers and greenery.
•Setup and dismantling time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the decoration.
