•Minor variations in balloon sizes and decorative elements may occur.
•Balloons are sensitive to heat, sharp objects and outdoor weather conditions.
•The final balloon arch size will depend on the available venue space.
•Suitable space and clear access must be provided for installation.
•Electrical points should be available for included lighting.
•Additional décor, props, flowers or customization will be charged separately.
•Rental décor materials remain the property of ENZOEY and will be collected after the agreed duration.
Any damage or loss of rental material may attract additional charges.
